We were closed due to hurricane roof repairs that caused a tremendous amount of dirt and debris to fall inside of our museum. One of our volunteers said it would take "magic" to open back up on time. SERVPRO actually performed this magic with Adrian and her crew making the Wilmington Railroad Museum shine! My mother-in-law had major flooding in her home because of a broken pipe and I called SERVPRO and they went out to her home and assessed the damage, gave her an estimate which was within her budget. They set up fans, they tested her home for mold and they helped her through the whole process. She is back in her home comfortably thanks to SERVPRO.
We had an issue with ice forming under our shingles which caused the melted snow to back up under our shingles and flood our attic. Michael Snyder came to the rescue! He went above and beyond to help! We were fortunate that the damage was minimal but he still spent time to help us determine our best resolution. Although we hope that we don’t need to call them again, should the need arise we would call again in a heartbeat.

I had no idea who to call or how one comes back from a meltdown like that. Your team, who clearly works very hard, made the project look effortless. When the Hurricane came through, I felt more empowered over a disaster because I knew I could call on a company that specializes in such work. When I was making my way back from evacuating, all the roads in and out of Wilmington were a gamble – roads were washing out and flooding so fast that the Google maps couldn’t keep up. We made it home that day because we followed a SERVPRO tractor-trailer into town – I can’t imagine a better way of being reminded who you can rely on when all hell breaks loose. I would like to let you know, as the owner, how much I appreciate your crew. Wes’ diligent presence in my office is how I knew who to call; I know that when I call Wes, things progress in the best possible way. Jaclyn, Susan, and Christina are delights to speak with on the phone. Tommy Snead, as a project manager, has a work ethic that I admire – if he ever teaches a class on how to manage anything, I will be the first to enroll. I wish I would have kept track of the names of the individual technicians who worked on my projects, they are consistently friendly and knowledgeable.
