Several weeks ago our basement flooded due to all the rain we had. I found SERVPRO online and called them early that morning. Within a few hours they were on the job, cleaning the water out of the carpet that was there. Jose' and Sam were professional, courteous and very efficient. They helped move the furniture that needed to be moved. Once the water was removed they treated the carpet for mold and mildew. As a result , there was NO smell lingering from the wet carpet. They made my life a whole lot easier and I am grateful for the service they provide. Should I need help again with the basement, I will definitely call SERVPRO in Rowan for help.

Whitney Norton responded to my call immediately and arrived at my home shortly after 6:00 am. Phil arrived later with additional equipment and they worked diligently until after 6:00 pm that evening.

Everything they did was thoroughly explained as future concerns arose throughout the day. These two men were efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for a better crew to take care of me in a crisis and we are thankful for their service.

"I have to say that I have never experienced anything like this. My stove caught fire and we had a good bit of smoke damage throughout my house. Very scary experience. They brought fans in so breathing was easier, brought me laundry detergent to wash my curtains and blankets, etc. I was totally impressed with their work.
