We had exceptional service from SERVPRO when our basement flooded the day after Christmas. When my home was damaged during the storm SERVPRO OF North Cabarrus County & China Grove came to the rescue. Jack clearly explained the cleaning and restoration process to me. I was confident with the on site personnel who performed the services at my home. Now that the restoration is complete is I very Happy and would recommend SERVPRO OF North Cabarrus County & China Grove to family or friends.
On Sunday the cold weather conspired to clog all of our main drain lines, and we had a terrible flood in the basement of our facility. We are a small non-profit organization and an incident like this can be devastating if we lose supplies, materials and equipment. Your technicians Justin and Johnathan came to our rescue-literally. They are extremely polite and personable. They took time to explain their work plan, methods and worked very hard until the job was done. In short SERVPRO of North Cabarrus County & China Grove did a fantastic job and we are grateful to them and to your company for sending to uthem to us. We didn’t lose one item.
Had a roof leak that did extensive damage to ceiling in spare bedroom. SERVPRO did a good job cleaning all insulation out of the attic and treating the wet areas for mold. The whole crew was professional and polite. Thank you!!!
