We had a sewage backup in the middle of the night and couldn’t have made it through this mess without SERVPRO. They were there within an hour, explained the process to us and had the preliminary cleanup done by the time we returned to the house the next morning. Jason Myers and other technicians came out last night after hours. They were very professional. I know they are tired due to the flooding we have had, yet they never showed it. They were polite and very positive.
The team showed up so fast and I was really pleased by the professionalism and friendliness. I was worried I would have to buy new carpet, but was astonished at how clean the carpets were after they were done. Thank you so much!!
