The carpet was as filthy as can be, and , as I told you, I tried different carpet cleaners without any degree of success. I felt confident that you could improve the situation, but never, ever thought you could restore it to it's original condition.

I recently contacted SERVPRO of St Charles County for mold that we had found. Mr. Maguire was very helpful and detailed in the explanation of the process. The crew that followed through with the work were professional and very respectful of our home. Thank you!
SERVPRO was very easy to work with. Their response was immediate and within hours had submitted a very detailed quote for remediation. Once a restoration plan was in place, they showed up as promised, on time and very professionally proceeded to begin the work.
Since their service is in a specialty field, I needed reassurance and peace of mind to know they could handle my task. They were up to the challenge and exceeded all expectations. As a retired contractor myself, I give them all 5 stars for a job well done!
