Dan has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, and Trauma and Crime Scene. Aimee has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):Fire and Smoke Restoration and Water Damage Restoration.

Eva serves as our Job File Coordinator. Her professional achievements include being IICRC certified. In this industry, she is passionate about the diversity of assignments and providing customer service and satisfaction. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and participating in Elk’s activities.

John serves as our Job File Coordinator. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified in water damage restoration and fire and smoke restoration. He has 14 years of industry related experience. In this industry he is passionate about helping customers when they have a fire or water disaster. He always embraces the opportunity to learn new skills. He enjoys spending time with family, going on tropical vacations, working in the yard during spring and summer, and watching/attending any St. Louis sporting events.

Jeff serves as our Director of Sales. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified. In this industry he is passionate about helping our customers get their homes and businesses back after they have experienced a loss. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and almost anything outdoors with his Family.

Dylan serves as our Commercial Sales Representative. His professional achievements include being a trusted resource for our customers whenever they are experiencing an emergency. In this industry he is passionate about helping customers through the process of returning their business or home back to normal, after they experience water, fire, or mold damage. He enjoys grilling, vacationing with family, chess, hiking, and attending his kids sporting events which include hockey, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse.

Stacie serves as our Dispatcher. Her professional achievements include proficiency in multiple restoration/construction software applications and 20+ years in the restoration industry. She is passionate about this industry because she grew up in it. She has spent time consoling customers and cleaning up their homes in all kinds of loss situations including water, fire, and major hurricanes. What motivates her is being able to help each customer and knowing they are satisfied at the end of the job. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing in concerts and at church, traveling around the world, and watching her boys play baseball.

Bill serves as our Construction Services Division Manager. His professional achievements include serving 8 years in the United States Army and gaining 25+ years in the construction industry. In this industry, he is passionate about completing a job in the most efficient manner possible and making a customer satisfied. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Jason serves as a Mitigation Project Manager. His goal is to guide and build the best mitigation crews in SERVPRO and assist with the most professional customer care service that SERVPRO can provide. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified, becoming a Master Water Restorer, and having 14 years of mitigation services from technician all the way up. In this industry he is passionate about helping customers, learning new processes, and training the production crew. He enjoys motocross and being a good husband and father.

Josh serves as our Mitigation Project Manager. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified. In this industry, he is passionate about helping others in their time of need. He enjoys his role in our company because it allows him to help an individual through an event that they may not know how to handle themself. He enjoys hanging out with his family and friends, hockey, and trying new restaurants.

Chris serves as our Construction Project Manager. His professional achievements include working his way up from a general laborer to a project manager through his experiences in residential, commercial, and industrial construction work. In this industry, he is passionate about making customers happy. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, and kayaking.

Patrick serves as our Construction General Foreman. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified and helping hundreds of happy customers during his 10+ years in this industry. He is passionate about restoring homes and helping people. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, biking, and snowboarding.

Joe serves as our Construction General Foreman. His professional achievements include making a damaged home look like nothing bad ever happened to it. In this industry, he is passionate about making customers happy, and he takes pride in a job well done. He enjoys spending time with his family, and watching his kids play sports.

Dylan serves as one of our Crew Chiefs. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified. In this industry, he is passionate about making customers happy and restoring their home back to a preloss condition. He enjoys working on cars in his free time.

Evan serves as our Crew Chief in Training. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified and showing up ready to work on time every day. In this industry, he is passionate about extracting water and making customers happy. He enjoys taking his cats for a walk.

David serves as one of our Technicians. His professional achievements include helping build a house from the ground up, so he knows the importance of the restoration industry. In this industry, he is passionate about being able to help people through a difficult time when they have damage to their home. He enjoys spending time with his family, bowling, hiking, fishing, and riding four-wheelers.

Brandon serves as one of our Technicians. His professional achievements include becoming a firefighter and growing his skillset within the SERVPRO corporation. In this industry, he is passionate about helping others on their worst day and restoring their home as quickly and efficiently as possible. He enjoys riding motorcycles and working out in his free time.

Colten serves as one of our Technicians. His professional achievements include becoming a maintenance/carpet cleaning/construction Crew Lead for past companies. In this industry, he is passionate about working hard and having integrity on and off the job. He enjoys gaming and listening to and writing music.

Blake serves as our Construction Estimator. His professional achievements include being certified to use Xactimate, a residential estimating software designed for insurance claims. In this industry, he is passionate about building a relationship with those around him. Whether it is making sure our customers are taken care of, or simply bonding with co-workers in the office, he feels it is important to me to have strong relationships with the people he works with and making our customers happy. He enjoys playing video games, watching sports, and going to the gym. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and family.
