Super super service!! Our kitchen caught fire just 2 days before Christmas and Joe and his helpers went above and beyond to make sure our home was ready for our family to return. They were in constant contact with us throughout the entire restoration process and very professional!!! We couldn't be more happy and most definitely will recommend SERVPRO!!!!

I had a house fire and used SERVPRO in St. Charles. I was so impressed from the start with them. I met with Jason first and went over the details. Then I met his crew that actually did the removal and clean up. Jorge was very professional and very helpful. Kevin, Jamille, and Brandon were all great. They did their portion of the work and they were fast and did an amazing job. They all were very sympathetic as to what I was going through with the fire damage. I would recommend them to anyone in the future that ever goes through anything like this. This horrible experience they helped me through it and made it easier on me. Thank you to each of them!

Devon and David did a great job removing the grease and smoke build-up on our stone. They were polite, professional, hard-working, and did a great job. Would definitely use them again!

We incurred extensive damage from a kitchen fire. The crew arrived and did the pack out, taking great care of our belongings. After cleaning and restoring my furniture and belongings, they went beyond our expectations and transported our things to temporary housing for us. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate all of your efforts.

To go with another company would be a self robbery of an amazing experience. This company and their team truly exceeded my expectations. They are by far, the best company I’ve ever had to work with during such an unexpected time in my life. One of the condos attached to me caught fire one night, and as a result, my home suffered over $10,000 in total damages, with about $8,000 in damages that SERVPRO helped to restore. They did a phenomenal job cleaning the structure of our unit and literally, ALL of our personal belongings. When I went into this, the smoke damage was so bad, I just knew I was going to have to replace almost everything because I had no idea how I was going to get the smell out of my clothes, furniture, electronics, air, etc. To my wonderful and delighted surprise, SERVPRO was professional, responsive, prompt, detailed, patient, kind, quick, and when it was all over, they felt like family and it was bittersweet when we did our final walkthrough. I literally was sad to see them go. The entire team was amazing. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to go through this experience with any other restoration company besides SERVPRO. It definitely has to be part of their company culture and core values, because of my experience with each of them from Jason who truly leads an amazing team from start to finish, to each crew member I experienced; Dylan, Brad, David, Evan, and Devin. They were attentive to my every need and addressed all of my concerns, and gave me full confidence that they could handle the job, and they did not disappoint. I literally, cannot stop telling people about them.
