My basement flooded during the June storms that recently hit Mid-Michigan hard. Shandon from SERVPRO was wonderful to work with. He was honest, courteous, and did a great job. I had my floors, ceilings and vents treated for mold. I would highly recommend this company, as they also value the art of customer service.
Woke up this morning to water in the basement. More water than we ever had before. We called SERVPRO and they were out by 1:30 p.m. Cleaned and set fans and dehumidifiers out. Both Josh and Annabelle were very helpful, professional. I would use them again in an emergency. Great job!! Thanks Josh, Annabelle, and Rick.
Dale and Rodrick are a great team. They worked fast and efficiently. The library carpets look like new and for 20-year-old carpets that's wonderful. Would have them do my home!!

I've often wondered, does anyone ever read reviews? I'm a retired veteran, was in emergency need of roof repair right in the middle of winter. I received a call from SERVPRO, was told "Don't worry, everything will be fine, we got it covered." From inspection, work authorization, matching shingles, and job completion, the holes in my roof and the water damage were completed in a fast professional manner. My family and I couldn't be happier with SERVPRO. Thank you, Scott, Tim, and the entire roofing crew who did the entire roof in 5-6 hours, during the winter. Simply AMAZING!!!! This is the company that will take care of you.
The gentlemen that came to my home, Rodrick and Paul were very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. They explained what happened and what needed to be done. They made me feel so at ease.
I had a tree come through my roof and SERVPRO called right away and came out the same day to tear my whole bedroom apart and cover my roof. Brandon was a great project manager and even made it fun even though we were nothing but frustrated with the situation. I love the way my house has turned out. They did a GREAT job! I highly recommend them!
Your company, SERVPRO of Saginaw, is super! The people you sent out after I called were better than expected. Having someone who answers your phone calls and can actually tell me what to expect and it be true was the icing on the cake, though. That lady needs a raise!
Can't really express how happy I was with Chad and his crew at SERVPRO. After a big storm here in Saginaw, my neighbors tree fell on my house and my basement flooded. Chad took care of everything and was very accommodating when I mentioned I had really bad social anxiety. Not only was everything taken care of and fixed, but they also provided me with resources for other re-model projects that weren't even part of the damage. Awesome service and I would highly recommend!
