Our SERVPRO crew, Paul and Nick, did a great job for us. We had 8 feet of water in our finished basement during the flood, but once we had the water, carpet, and drywall out they were able to come in and did a great job with the cleaning and drying process. Paul and Nick were polite and professional, and kept us informed of how the drying process was going. We had a SERVPRO crew in after the flood of June 2017 and have been pleased with their work.
