We had a very positive experience with SERVPRO. We called because we had a water intrusion when our sump pump failed. The staff did a good job. We have used them in the past and we will use them again.
The folks at SERVPRO did a great job for us, especially after the 1st mitigation / reconstruction company caused more damage to our home. The SERVPRO folks came in at the 11th hours and brought enough employees to rebuild our home. Finished installing wood floors, repaint everything, cleaning our carpets and generally cleaned our home
