We were really fortunate having had the opportunity to work with this company for their cleaning services. We had a small home that had been covered in soot, and it was a nightmare to look at. They cleaned it fantastically top to bottom. They were prompt and thorough, and made sure the job was done right. Every time we called the person who spoke to us on the phone was very professional, but also sympathetic to what we were struggling with. A special thank you to the project manager Craig DellaGatta and the operations manager Chris Goedeke as well.
I will always be a customer, they make your life easy when there is a disaster. I was able to work with Trish when we had a fire who responded at 1 am, and now Steven who is helping me tag equipment for quick knowledgeable access for utility shut off. They always check in to see how I am doing and to remind me that they are here to help! Great professional team!
