Over the past year, we have had a few water leaks/floods at different properties.  After a phone call, SERVPRO was on site quickly both evaluating the situation and formulating a plan.  Their quick action allowed a timely cleanup process and mitigated damage (i.e., hardwood floors).

Your staff, especially Eglis, introduced himself and went on about the job without interference to my activities. 

 Your staff was also very cognizant of the fact that I have pets. One of those pets is a parrot and they are very sensitive to chemical smells. They can be life threatening to parrots.  There was very little scent and that was certainly not harsh or chemical.

 I have recommended SERVPRO to my friends and to my place of work. I work in the Purchasing Office of a large school district in Maryland and we are hoping to have SERVPRO become a partner. They have done some post construction cleaning and the results will definitely bring them back.

SERVPRO responded quickly on a holiday weekend to my flooded office. They got all the water up, set up fans and dehumidifiers and used antimicrobial spray. They explained everything they did in detail and came back for the fans a few days later. I would definitely use them again in the future should I need them.

I used them for cleaning and  mold remediation  in a small office building in Annapolis and they did a tremendous job. The team did everything asked of them and were very respectful of the meetings and work being done in the space while they worked.

SERVPRO was very quick and efficient when we had a major leak at our property. Their response time, to our property which was many miles away was within 1.5 hours ( at 2:30am we called them). Their team and supervisors were quick to assess and start the clean up processes so that no major damage occurred and they had the best attitude and hustle to get the job recovered from the flooding water leak. My hat is off to Trish Turner and her team for being OUTSTANDING in every aspect of cleaning, recovery and communication! Thanks and you all are 5 Stars.

(Commercial Cleaning) – SERVPRO provided great customer service to our Church.  The carpets looked amazing after they were finished cleaning.  The communication between SERVPRO and myself was great, very consistent and professional.  Overall the carpet cleaning and customer service was great.
