1. Content cleaning/packing and moving- we determine what is non salvageable and what can be cleaned. Then we pack and move the items out for cleaning and storing. Once the items are in our climate controlled ware house we clean the contents using various techniques. Lastly we move the contents back to the home after structural repairs have been made.
2. Water Restoration- Our crews are well versed in water restoration and are all trained by IICRC. They use moisture meters to determine the levels of damage and then will begin demo to minimize damage to the rest of the home and appropriately dry the structure.
3. Fire Restoration- Our managers will test the walls for smoke damage and determined what can be cleaned and what needs to be demoed. After the cleaning and demolition we go through a deodorization process to make sure the odor is gone before repairs can begin.
4. Carpet an upholstery cleaning- Our team members take great joy in carpet cleaning and upholster cleaning and can assist whether it is a business or a residence. Don't hesitate to call the professionals

I have, unfortunately, had two instances where my basement needed mold remediation as a result of water damage. I originally saw an ad for SERVPRO of Perry Hall and called. Best call I ever made! The company responded immediately to limit the damage to my basement and to protect our health. John Rappazzo walked me through the steps of working with my insurance company, which was extremely helpful because I had never filed a claim through homeowners. The crew was very professional and respectful, and just nice! John explained the steps of the process so I knew what to expect moving forward. The entire process was made so much easier for me.
