In the case of my home, I was out of the country when water from an upstairs bathroom leaked into the ceiling and walls resulting in a fair amount of water damage to the kitchen below. A call to SERVPRO of Boston while I was overseas connected me with project manager Jonathan, who responded immediately on-site to inspect and assess the damage. Jonathan communicated with me throughout the process, even considering time-zone differences, and made all necessary arrangements to contain the damage and coordinate the work needed to remedy the situation. Crew chief Hector and technician Silvio performed all work expeditiously and to the highest of standards to prepare the affected areas for my plumbing and building contractors to complete their work properly and safely. The level of service and quality of work I received from Jonathan, Hector, and Silvio were exemplary, and their professionalism and courtesy distinguish them from others in the industry. I recommend with the highest of confidence and enthusiasm.
