I wanted to reach out to let you know how wonderful the staff is at SERVPRO of Boston.  Chris Mitchell and Brian were outstanding.  They were professional, immediately following up with any questions or concerns I had.  They were knowledgeable in guiding me through the process. They were patient and understanding of my questions and concerns.  Most importantly though, they were very kind.  Jose and Juan, the gentleman who did the demo, were professional and respectful as well.  I work in a service industry as well so I know how nice it is to hear a compliment, as often only complaints are voiced.  I was very happy with the service SERVPRO of Boston provided and would highly recommend the company to others.

Your team went above and beyond what we expected. The apartment was a mess because of my mother's declining health, and now it looks like new!

SERVPRO was great! Easy to contact and set-up an appointment. Daury was fantastic, assessed everything, explained the process in detail, contacted the dry cleaners, contacted the gc, and worked directly with the insurance adjuster. Made my 80 year old father feel totally comfortable throughout the process. Thanks for all!!
