Everything that we owned was affected in some way - either by fire, smoke or water. Our insurance recommended that we call SERVPRO and boy are we glad we did. The response time was excellent and we immediately began to feel like we were going to get through this. All of our belongings were inventoried and either cleaned or disposed of. The parts of the house with soot were cleaned so well there wasn't even an odor and the burnt part of the house was contained off so the smell didn't get into the rest of the house. I couldn't believe how quickly we were back in our house after the work was done. Great job!
