I must say, as a business owner, I am impressed. I had water leak in my freezer and of course on a Friday, my busiest night of the week, well SERVPRO waited until after hours, and came out removed the water, "like it never happened"! and my customers, as well as my business were not affected at all. Problem with a septic line in one of the retail spaces we rent. It was Thanksgiving weekend, the biggest of the year, so it was definitely an emergency. My long-time plumber took care of the problem (see his review), we then hired SERVPRO to take care of the post-fix clean-up. No complaint with coming out on the holiday, no crazy price. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. Professional outfit. I had not used them in the past, but no doubt will again in the future
