Steven, Ray, and Blake were the Technicians who performed the sanitizing services and were very professional and courteous. They were careful not to damage my doors when entering and exiting my home with ladders and other equipment needed to perform my services. They sealed the area off from the connecting bedroom and hall which led to the A/C return. They did not have any dust escape into the living room from the removal of molded Sheetrock and installation. Thanks for sending your “A Team” (Steven, Ray, and Blake)!

I contacted SERVPRO® to do a job for me cleaning up my sister’s house. My sister, Laura, is handicapped with cerebral palsy and unfortunately is also a hoarder. There was a trail through the house of about 12” wide with papers and debris 2’ high. I met the crew when they showed up for the first day’s work and I was so impressed by the efficiency of the tech crew and their regard for my sister’s things.
Never knew what the company really did for hardships for people until now. Suggestion is to hand out brochures of all the services you offer. As we had no idea of what your company can do to make our homes secure, safe and clean. Your workers are well informed and very courteous and respectful.

As of October 2018, William Love, Jim Metteauer, and Taylor Rosson purchased the franchise from a long-standing SERVPRO operator. Growing up on the Mississippi coast, William and Taylor lived through Hurricane Katrina and experienced major water damage. We understand what it is like to go through these trying times.
