About Us
SERVPRO of Metairie was established in 1992 to service the local community’s restoration needs. When the company was founded, it was built on principles: hard work, proper training, and customer service. Without these fundamental principles, we would not have been able to provide almost 30 years of service to our Greater New Orleans community. As of October 2018, William Love, Jim Metteauer, and Taylor Rosson purchased the franchise from a long-standing SERVPRO operator. Growing up on the Mississippi coast, William and Taylor lived through Hurricane Katrina and experienced major water damage. We understand what it is like to go through these trying times. Should you experience a loss at your home or property, we would be honored to assist in your restoration needs.
Water damage is a staple of our business. Due to our size, we have national contracts with multinational insurance companies and property management firms. Water damage can strike a home or business anytime, and we are always prepared to help. SERVPRO of Metairie has a crew on call 24/7 to assist the needs of those in emergencies. From water damage at your Metairie home to water damage in a commercial building in downtown New Orleans, we have the experience and training to mitigate these losses quickly. SERVPRO has a strict 1-4-8 response time (1 hour to return the call, 4 hours to respond on-site, 8 hours to have a full scope of work to the insurance company), and we at SERVPRO of Metairie pride ourselves on exceeding these standards.

I contacted SERVPRO® to do a job for me cleaning up my sister’s house. My sister, Laura, is handicapped with cerebral palsy and unfortunately is also a hoarder. There was a trail through the house of about 12” wide with papers and debris 2’ high. I met the crew when they showed up for the first day’s work and I was so impressed by the efficiency of the tech crew and their regard for my sister’s things.
Never knew what the company really did for hardships for people until now. Suggestion is to hand out brochures of all the services you offer. As we had no idea of what your company can do to make our homes secure, safe and clean. Your workers are well informed and very courteous and respectful.
I had a horrible water leak, the crew came out to my house to extract the water from my kitchen. They were very informative and we’re confident in their job. They were kind and respectful and they were quick to answer all of my questions. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend SERVPRO to friends and family.
The gentleman were very professional and very nice. They went out of there way to help. Thank you very much!
