We could not feel better about our interaction with SERVPRO after our recent flooding at our home. Even if it's a long shot or something that I would deem unlikely, if it's important to that person for us to do everything we can to give them a chance to have the best possible outcome, then we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen." Pete and his crew delivered in that area with us and did it by being realistic but also optimistic. By under-promising and over-producing, Pete left us feeling like we had won the lottery. We cannot thank you and SERVPRO enough for all of your help and expertise during this minor setback that could have been a major mess if not for you guys!
