I recently had a need to contact SERVPRO of Ft. Wayne for cleaning and sanitizing my home after an illness. I was concerned because the Noro virus is very contagious and didn't want to face a reinfection. Two techs came, suited up, and left my home spotless and healthy. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were so reassuring and prompt that I had no misgivings about hiring them to do the job. The young men that performed the job were courteous, polite, and so very kind about the task they were undertaking. They were so very professional and efficient; I couldn't believe it. SERVPRO of Ft. Wayne proved to be THE company to call when you need help.

Starting in 1996, Randy Miller was an early pioneer to the mid-Michigan area SERVPRO® system. Since then, the franchise system has grown to over 1800 individually owned and operated franchises. Originally, Randy started in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories throughout Michigan. With their headquarters based in Saginaw, MI, they currently operate licenses in Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, Romulus, Taylor, Downriver, Westland, Shiawassee, New Center, Highland Park, and West Sterling Heights.
