SERVPRO of Ft Wayne

We had issues getting a mold problem resolved from elsewhere, so I contacted SERVPRO of Ft. Wayne and two crew members came out the same day to assess the situation! From there it took a matter of days to get it resolved instead of the months we had been waiting! Very professional! Highly recommended! 

I contacted SERVPRO of Ft. Wayne for mold remediation. My experience with them has been fantastic from beginning to end. They returned calls when they said they would, worked well with my insurance company, and their employees were a pleasure to work with. The guys answered any questions I had, kept me abreast as anything new came up, and went above and beyond what they were required to do. They had to listen to my yappy little dogs barking at them and never complained. I wouldn't hesitate to have them in my home in the future should I ever need them. 

We had a fantastic experience with these folks! So professional and kind! We will gladly recommend them to all of our friends and family! 

I recently had a need to contact SERVPRO of Ft. Wayne for cleaning and sanitizing my home after an illness. I was concerned because the Noro virus is very contagious and didn't want to face a reinfection. Two techs came, suited up, and left my home spotless and healthy. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were so reassuring and prompt that I had no misgivings about hiring them to do the job. The young men that performed the job were courteous, polite, and so very kind about the task they were undertaking. They were so very professional and efficient; I couldn't believe it. SERVPRO of Ft. Wayne proved to be THE company to call when you need help.
