About a month ago we had some pretty heavy rains which caused flooding in my basement unit.  SERVPRO was called in to suck all the water out and dry out the basement.  The two guys working were so nice and courteous and the office staff answered every question I had.  Great company!

I had a water leak in my bathroom which affected my downstairs neighbor's bathroom ceiling. I immediately called SERVPRO of Northbrook. They arrived within 30 minutes! They assessed the problem and started to fix it right away. They were very professional and nice and I was very thankful for the great job they did.

Walden and the team at SERVPRO provide quality service and the best customer service. Walden came highly recommended from my trustworthy plumber to help mitigate water damage from a burst pipe. Even though his team had been working long hours because of the freezing temperatures, they did high quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and were always friendly. Walden explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions (which is a lot). When there was more bad news to deliver, he did it in an honest, but empathetic way that made the whole process less overwhelming. No one wants water damage, but if that is what you have, Walden is your guy! The team at SERVPRO was a pleasure to work with even during a stressful time

This isn't something I necessarily ever wanted to be an expert on, but now I know who to call if we ever have another catastrophe: SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe. A few weeks ago,  of our house in Glenview IL  was flooded over an inch deep with water from a broken fridge. We called SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe even though it was Friday at rush hour, they got to our house within an hour, and immediately started getting the water out, toted furniture to dry ground, and set up  fans and dehumidifiers that ran for the next week. The house sounded like an airplane hangar, but those things did the job -- everything was bone dry. A flooded house is awful, but SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe helped make it a lot less worse. Five big stars.

cannot say enough good things about my experience with SERVPRO. If you live in the area, don't bother calling anyone else in case of emergency. We had a relatively severe flood in our basement due to some heavy rains and a leak in our foundation. Unfortunately, we had just finished the basement last year, so the replacement cost was high. Our State Farm insurance agent personally recommended their services and not only were they prompt with cleaning and disinfecting of the carpeting but they also managed to restore our ceiling and walls without the need to repaint. I was amazed! The basement smells great and we plan on using them for some general commercial cleaning for the upstairs bedrooms. The task seemed daunting at first but was quick and painless due to exceptional customer service and collaboration with our insurance company.

After the recent snow storms, followed by the rain and warm weather, my basement was flooded about 5 inches.  I called a friend who recommended calling SERVPRO of Northbrook and I spoke with Steve.  He immediately came out to inspect the property and had his crew out later that afternoon.  The whole process took about 5 days and they did a phenomenal job!  Great crews, great leadership.  Would definitely recommend.
