About a month ago we had some pretty heavy rains which caused flooding in my basement unit.  SERVPRO was called in to suck all the water out and dry out the basement.  The two guys working were so nice and courteous and the office staff answered every question I had.  Great company!

Walden and his team were WONDERFUL to work with! We discovered a massive flood in our basement late at night and he was there within an hour to help us pump out water until the early morning hours. He and his team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was completely dry and helped answer any questions we had. Even pointed us in the direction of a great plumber. Most importantly, he's quick with communication and I never felt left in the dark. Cannot recommend them enough!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SERVPRO of Northbrook is the team to call when disaster strikes. Highly trained staff who know what they are doing. My story is a funny one. The girlfriend put dishes in the sink and started the water. We were late to the movie and ran out. We forgot about the water. Came home and the sink had filled up and the water pouring out all over the floors of our home. Into the carpet and the wood work. Called SERVPRO of Northbrook and they responded at 10:30pm at night. They worked directly with my insurance company and started the dry out process. David checked in with me personally the next morning to see how things were going.  Their staff knew what they were doing and took care of my home as if it was their own. Got a water or fire problem call them and ask for any of these three cause they will take care of you.

I’m beyond grateful and thankful to SERVPRO! Our crawl space became a swimming pool after a heavy rain when our sump pump failed and SERVPRO was at our home instantly.

The crew was professional, thorough and very kind. Walden and his team turned our disaster back to normal so quickly! It’s very reassuring and comforting to know SEVRPRO is there in case fire or water invade your home!

cannot say enough good things about my experience with SERVPRO. If you live in the area, don't bother calling anyone else in case of emergency. We had a relatively severe flood in our basement due to some heavy rains and a leak in our foundation. Unfortunately, we had just finished the basement last year, so the replacement cost was high. Our State Farm insurance agent personally recommended their services and not only were they prompt with cleaning and disinfecting of the carpeting but they also managed to restore our ceiling and walls without the need to repaint. I was amazed! The basement smells great and we plan on using them for some general commercial cleaning for the upstairs bedrooms. The task seemed daunting at first but was quick and painless due to exceptional customer service and collaboration with our insurance company.

After the recent snow storms, followed by the rain and warm weather, my basement was flooded about 5 inches.  I called a friend who recommended calling SERVPRO of Northbrook and I spoke with Steve.  He immediately came out to inspect the property and had his crew out later that afternoon.  The whole process took about 5 days and they did a phenomenal job!  Great crews, great leadership.  Would definitely recommend.
