Even though his team had been working long hours because of the freezing temperatures, they did high quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and were always friendly. Walden explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions (which is a lot). When there was more bad news to deliver, he did it in an honest, but empathetic way that made the whole process less overwhelming. No one wants water damage, but if that is what you have, Walden is your guy! The team at SERVPRO was a pleasure to work with even during a stressful time
