SERVPRO was excellent!  I had a slow leak that I was unaware of which caused some funky stuff to begin to grow in my basement.  The crews came out, cleaned the basement up quickly and efficiently.  Would definitely use them again.

I called SERVPRO to get some information on removing mold from a commercial property we purchased. I spoke with Steve who was very helpful and patient and answered ALL of my questions. I was able to get someone out to inspect the property the next day. The work was done in less then a week and only because my schedule was hectic. The crew that came out was professional, respectful and very hardworking.

Once we saw (and smelled) the sewer water floating in our basement, we knew our home was in a state of emergency. We called our long time insurance agent, John, to notify him of our situation and ask for his guidance. He highly recommended Steve from SERVPRO of Northbrook for their professionalism and expertise in such urgent times. We called them immediately and Steve and his crew were at our door and evaluating the disaster within 45 minutes. After Steve carefully explained the steps needed to remedy the sewage and water damage which put us at ease, a team of four diligently started removing our belongings out of the basement and began the drying process. I never realized how traumatic a sewer backup can be but the guys at SERVPRO Northbrook did a wonderful job swiftly working to restore our home.

After a medical emergency that involved a LOT of blood, the EMTs recommended that we come have SERVPRO clean up the awful mess that was left behind.  It seemed as if the carpet and everything else that had been damaged was going to have to replaced.  Amazingly, in just over an hour, the two guys that came from SERVPRO had it all cleaned and disinfected--carpet, mattress, bathroom tile and grout--everything.  It was absolutely amazing.  And they were super nice to boot.  I highly recommend their services.

We had SERVPRO® come out and examine our crawlspace for possible mold. The owner, Walden was very responsive from the beginning, very thorough, professional and honest. Whereas we had other mold mitigation/restoration companies tried to scare us and sign a contract for a significant amount which was not necessary at all according to Walden.
