From the moment when I called the Twin Falls office in a panic with a flood, all the staff that I encountered were personable, reassuring, responsive and so easy to work with. Luke handled our case and was always just a telephone call away. He was well informed and worked cooperatively with our insurance company. I was impressed with the job they did to dehumidify and dry out our house, and I highly recommend them. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Thank you, Luke, Patricia, and Andrew.

So happy we called SERVPRO! Luke came out at 2 am because of a burst pipe in the bathroom that flooded our bathroom, bedroom and dining area. He was just a pleasure to work with! He made sure I understood everything that happened, what needed to be done, how he was going to fix it, and what condition everything was in when his job was completed 3 days later. He treated our home as if it were his own and was very respectful. Hopeful we never have another issue that needs the services of SERVPRO, but if we do, we will absolutely be using them again. :)

We recently had some water damage and mold in our laundry area.  I called SERVPRO and other restoration companies in the area and of the companies that actually showed up to give us a bid, Luke from SERVPRO was far and away the most professional and thorough in the assessment of the damages.  Everyone associated with the company who worked on the project was personable and professional. 
The mold remediation and reconstruction was done quickly and done right, just like TV ads show.  On a walk through of the finished project, Luke found a couple of aesthetic issues that were remedied the next day.
Hopefully I never have another problem like this, but if I do I will only call SERVPRO.

We had a pipe break in our bathroom wall and could hear the water running underneath the house we called Luke and his brother with SERVPRO his brother walked me through how to shut the water off and they responded within a very short period of time had a plumber over.dryers under the house we are very thankful it wasn't worse and also extremely thankful for the courteous respectful honest and immediate attention that SERVPRO and the crew gave to us we would definitely recommend them to anyone who has had a problem with any kind of damage fire water mold or anything . Luke is a professional who is a clear communicator, understands what needs to be done, communicates directly with the insurance adjuster as
well as with the home owner.

We were extremely lucky to have SERVPRO come and take care of the massive flood in our downstairs bedroom. Not only were they swift, profoundly professional, but most importantly completely thorough. They came in daily to work or check on progress. They are a blessing to the twin falls community.

SERVPRO was awesome! Called Monday morning and they came out a couple of hours later when 2 other restoration companies told us that they were 2 weeks out.  They did everything they could to get things dried out as soon as possible. Highly recommend them!
