He came over right away, started drying up the area, installed fans, removed some dry wall and floor boards, and started us on our way to recovery. The job became more extensive, he handled everything and even with walls removed and carpet completely torn up. The team at SERVPRO are amazing from the office workers to the clean up crew. The entire team at SERVPRO of Twin Falls and Jerome restored the house to like new again. They cleaned the entire home and got rid of all the smoke smell. Kaley in the office talked to me calmly and professionally. Sometimes she just listened(best quality) to an overwhelmed old man who was stressing. I always received Five star service from Kailey and the entire staff. The staff was always available to answer questions and made the process go smoothly. David went above and beyond to ensure the last detail was completed beyond our satisfaction. David is knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The fire was in our garage, when SERVPRO returned the contents they had polished every tool I own like new condition. We called SERVPRO, and Luke Balbas responded on time. By looking to see if he could clean and polish our wood floor, he discovered moisture and mold in the powder room. He conducted a detailed inspection going into the crawl space and attic to determine the source. He explained every step and reason. Luke is so professional and friendly.
