Jr. (Justin) and Gage stepped up the game by coming out in freezing temps to take care of our emergency, never complaining one bit and always offering comfort and guidance to ease the panicked filled moment. "SERVPRO reconstruction team" helped get the project fully covered and was very accommodating of any quick changes we needed on site...a number of tasks were moved up so we were done early...Greg answered every call/text...Ashley, Greg and Tim did a great job...Greg offered to come on his own to make sure things were done right...We loved working with him and would highly recommend or sue him again for our projects...Everything looks great and better than it did before.

Greg was our superintendent from SERVPRO. He and his team did an exceptional job on my kitchen. Our entire kitchen from cabinets to floor and even into the hallway and bathroom was replaced from water damage. This project took weeks, but Greg was there each step to make sure the work done was timely and done right. He even met us to help us pick new tile. He answered all our weekend calls and was an excellent liaison between us and all the different contractors-which we had many with all the different projects that had to be done. When some people couldn't work, he made sure other parts got going so work always continued. For me personally, I needed lots of explanation and Greg always made sure I knew what was coming next and we had everything needed-like a temporary sink which I was so thankful for as we had nothing in our kitchen and all those little things really made a big difference. Thank you to all the folks who worked hard to get our house back to us as fast as they could and fix all the nightmares of the water damage.

I want to thank SERVPRO for the excellent service from my initial phone call to the dispatcher to the entire team that worked within our house. Every member was courteous and professional. I want to especially mention that Junior was fantastic and management needs to know how professional and caring he was. Not only did I recognize his knowledge and professionalism, but the adjuster did as well. He stated he had never spoken with a restoration clean up employee with such skill and so helpful. I have a ranch with 7 homes in Kenwood, California and the fires in Northern California impacted us in October 2017. Fortunately, we were spared from the destruction; however, the houses did have smoke damage. At the recommendation of my insurance company (Travelers) I contacted SERVPRO immediately after our evacuation. I received a call from Alex Isaacson on Thursday and he and his brother Christian visited my ranch on Friday. Alex contacted my adjuster while he was here and we discussed his assessment of the houses and received approval to proceed with cleaning the houses. When my insurance adjuster arrived the following Tuesday, Alex joined us to walk the property. By this time several of the interior of the houses were complete. I have tenants and they were anxious to move back; however, I did not feel comfortable until the houses were cleaned due to the smoke damage. Alex and his team were absolutely great and they did an amazing job. The team not only provided great service, they understood the stress of natural disasters and were very empathetic. While we were fortunate to escape this tragedy with just wind, smoke damage it was an extremely stressful ordeal. Alex Isaacson (SERVPRO) was responsive and enabled us to return to our homes shortly after the evacuation orders were lifted. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate having someone as responsive, responsible, capable, courteous and empathetic to deal with as Alex Isaacson. I have recommended SERVPRO to many people and will continue to recommend your company in the future. When a natural disaster hits your teams must leave their families for an extended period of time to assist those impacted by the disaster. (Alex’s team came from Idaho.) Their sacrifice is greatly appreciated by all.
