I was in shock how cheap they could do it for when I was told by others it would be super spendy. I had them come out the next day and take care of the problem. My inspector came out and said it looked perfect! Passed inspection. Very impressed with how nice everyone was and how on top of it they were. They sent us the report which we also sent to Inspector who was very pleased with the work done by SERVPRO. I will always have Blaine and SERVPRO's number in my back pocket!! Very pleased. All the SERVPRO staff did an excellent job. This was very complicated, having to work with roofers, inspectors and insulation installation to accomplish the whole job. They were very good at working with all the other contractors. It all went exactly as planned and even ahead of schedule.
Very, very happy to have a helpful and knowledgeable crew come in, ready to take care of the problem right away. Could not have had a better experience, Definitely happy we took our insurance agent's advice and called you guys, and not the competitor down the street.
