The Isaacson brothers and their crew came down to work here in Redding, CA after we went through the Carr Fire in late July. They serviced a number of homes on our cul-de-sac. Being in the insurance industry I know first hand just how important a quality restoration company can be. I personally worked on the restoration side of insurance for eight years before I went over to the agent side. "SERVPRO reconstruction team" helped get the project fully covered and was very accommodating of any quick changes we needed on site...a number of tasks were moved up so we were done early...Greg answered every call/text...Ashley, Greg and Tim did a great job...Greg offered to come on his own to make sure things were done right...We loved working with him and would highly recommend or sue him again for our projects...Everything looks great and better than it did before.

Greg was our superintendent from SERVPRO. He and his team did an exceptional job on my kitchen. Our entire kitchen from cabinets to floor and even into the hallway and bathroom was replaced from water damage. This project took weeks, but Greg was there each step to make sure the work done was timely and done right. He even met us to help us pick new tile. He answered all our weekend calls and was an excellent liaison between us and all the different contractors-which we had many with all the different projects that had to be done. When some people couldn't work, he made sure other parts got going so work always continued. For me personally, I needed lots of explanation and Greg always made sure I knew what was coming next and we had everything needed-like a temporary sink which I was so thankful for as we had nothing in our kitchen and all those little things really made a big difference. Thank you to all the folks who worked hard to get our house back to us as fast as they could and fix all the nightmares of the water damage.
