I am so happy we had SERVPRO help us with our roof leak! I was panicked going into the situation but they were very courteous. They did a great job walking through everything with us, were very professional the entire time but also down to earth. I had a water leak on the second floor that leaked through sheet rock and onto wood floor in dining room. Called them and within an hour the project manager was at my house, and its a 45 minute drive. They had equipment at my place drying it out shortly after. Through the whole process they were very good at explaining what they were doing and why. They dried out what they could save and removed what had been damaged. Would definitely recommend or use again.
