SERVPRO was really good; excellent job cleaning. Everything they touched was magical! From the ceiling to the tile, and into the garage…quality work all around. Need to be sure to ask what items are being written off for insurance. Pleasant & positive experience.

I enjoy seeing all the social media posts that not only educate and entertain, they inform on what classes and events are coming up. I won free coffee for our office but donated it to another business since I am the only one who drinks coffee. I also want to congratulate SERVPRO on the actions they take to make us feel safe and protected at the CE classes with Covid going around. I feel fully comfortable attending classes in person hosted by them because I know every precaution will be taken; from the tables being 6 feet apart to hand sanitizer being easily accessible. Wonderful job!! I highly recommend SERVPRO of Black Hawk County/Decorah!

I bring my rugs to you often for cleaning. I probably could buy new ones but can’t seem to find anything I like. But you guys do a splendid job cleaning them, so I don’t need to find new ones!
