I cannot tell you how many times I contacted Jim with so many questions about the situation, next steps to take, what was the process after the next thing, you name it, I called Jim!! He always returned my calls, no matter what!! If he didn't have an answer or know what the next step or process was going to be at that moment he would definitely find out and call me back that day with an answer or update. Customer Service like that is very rare these days, and that was not only EXCELLENT, but was above and beyond what was called for, based on the situation! I cant thank you and your crew enough for the hard work and long hours put into cleaning up/drying out our facility to begin our renovation project. When I returned the following day SERVPRO had already been onsite and clean-up well under way, this could not have pleased me more.
