I want to give a big THANK YOU to SERVPRO of Waycross, Hinesville & Douglas for their Amazing help when my washer hose burst and caused major damage in my kitchen, dining and formal dining area. While I was in "panic mode" their crew arrived and took care of placing and running the drying and dehumidifier machines immediately and explained everything that would be taking place thereafter. I specifically want to thank Jim Gaglardi and his crew, Joe, his Supervisor for their constant support throughout this situation. I cannot tell you how many times I contacted Jim with so many questions about the situation, next steps to take, what was the process after the next thing, you name it, I called Jim!! He always returned my calls, no matter what!! If he didn't have an answer or know what the next step or process was going to be at that moment he would definitely find out and call me back that day with an answer or update. Customer Service like that is very rare these days, and that was not only EXCELLENT, but was above and beyond what was called for, based on the situation! Thank you SERVPRO, Jim, Joe and staff for your Professionalism, Great job and AMAZING help in this situation!
