SERVPRO has done a phenomenal job remedying me of my mold situation and decontaminating my laundry room. Their staff has been amazing in getting the job done over the holidays. I would like to thank Mike and his staff for their services in making a bad situation tolerable. Shane was an amazing young man and worked his butt off, very personable and efficient. His reinforcements, Prentice, Travis, Kevin, Que, and Amber were much appreciated and hard workers as well. SERVPRO has certainly got some gems for employees. Would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this kind of situation.

I had a fire at my house, my agent told me to give SERVPRO a call. I am soooo glad I did. I spoke to Ashley and she got me to Mike Caldwell and he really helped me calm my nerves and assured me that my home will be taken care of. The crew was professional and packed all of my family's things. I've been able to come by and get what has been needed. We are about to move back in my home and am very pleased with the clean up. 

The girls worked fast and got things done so quickly I was amazed. They were also the sweetest group of girls I've met. Even though they were here working in my house, they talked with me and made me feel better about the situation. These girls deserve much more praise and credit than I can give them.
