I would like to thank Mike and his staff for their services in making a bad situation tolerable. Shane was an amazing young man and worked his butt off, very personable and efficient. His reinforcements, Prentice, Travis, Kevin, Que, and Amber were much appreciated and hard workers as well. SERVPRO has certainly got some gems for employees. Would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this kind of situation.

Thank goodness for SERVPRO of Houston County! After a water pipe burst in my home, they provided exceptional service to me! The team (Kevin, Chris, and Travis) were always on time and responsive to my concerns/texts/calls. They were very friendly and patient with me while I asked 101 questions :-). I felt safe with them being in my home even while I had to be away for work. They cleaned up the area and provided recommendations on how we could salvage as much as I could of the bathroom. They made me feel like we were all a team and this event was OUR problem to handle, not mine alone. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
