Our local SERVPRO of Houston County business has been a locally owned and operated franchise since 2011 under the ownership of Carl Perazzola. Carl became an Corporate Trainer for SERVPRO Industries, Inc. in 2008 and was responsible for SERVPRO franchises all over Georgia. Carl and his team are committed to ensuring all the customers in the Houston County area are treated like family and that each job is successful and up to the SERVPRO standards. His reinforcements, Prentice, Travis, Kevin, Que, and Amber were much appreciated and hard workers as well. SERVPRO has certainly got some gems for employees. Thank goodness for SERVPRO of Houston County! After a water pipe burst in my home, they provided exceptional service to me! The team (Kevin, Chris, and Travis) were always on time and responsive to my concerns/texts/calls. They were very friendly and patient with me while I asked 101 questions :-). I felt safe with them being in my home even while I had to be away for work. They cleaned up the area and provided recommendations on how we could salvage as much as I could of the bathroom. They made me feel like we were all a team and this event was OUR problem to handle, not mine alone. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
