It couldn't have gone any better! SERVPRO (and specifically Jon Avery) were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY!!! Jon had the contents of our 4200sf home photographed, inventoried, packed up and empty in less than two days. He orchestrated the delivery of two "PODS" in our driveway for things we might need access to and even stored some heat-sensitive items at the air conditioned SERVPRO warehouse. When it was time to finally move back into our home, Jon and his team had everything put EXACTLY how it had been (down to the order of books on a shelf) prior to the flood. Truly AMAZING!!! The best parts of our flood were the beginning and the end because SERVPRO was in charge. Between insurance companies, contractors, landscapers, flooring people, etc, we must've dealt with over 20 different organizations. SERVPRO was the ONLY one who did precisely what they committed to in the amount of time they promised. We ended up being out of our home for 4 months while our house was repaired. I wish SERVPRO could've done EVERYTHING because I'm sure they would've been done in a week! I'm serious. Every time we needed anything, Jon was available and eager to help. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with SERVPRO!!

I am leaving this comment to praise your employees. Scott and his assistant did a GREAT JOB on our fire damage cleanup. They were very professional and showed up within an hour. They were very kind and considerate to the residents of the apartment and took very good care of them and their belongings. I will definitely be calling SERVPRO if the need arises in the future!!! They say "good help is hard to find" and it is, but SERVPRO got lucky when they employed Scott!! Keep up the good work guys and thank you again!!!
