This team, lead by Jon Avery, is the reason Green Truck was able to open so quickly after our fire. I hope you never need them, but if you do, go with SERVPRO.

It couldn't have gone any better! SERVPRO (and specifically Jon Avery) were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY!!! Jon had the contents of our 4200sf home photographed, inventoried, packed up and empty in less than two days. He orchestrated the delivery of two "PODS" in our driveway for things we might need access to and even stored some heat-sensitive items at the air conditioned SERVPRO warehouse. When it was time to finally move back into our home, Jon and his team had everything put EXACTLY how it had been (down to the order of books on a shelf) prior to the flood. Truly AMAZING!!! The best parts of our flood were the beginning and the end because SERVPRO was in charge. Between insurance companies, contractors, landscapers, flooring people, etc, we must've dealt with over 20 different organizations. SERVPRO was the ONLY one who did precisely what they committed to in the amount of time they promised. We ended up being out of our home for 4 months while our house was repaired. I wish SERVPRO could've done EVERYTHING because I'm sure they would've been done in a week! I'm serious. Every time we needed anything, Jon was available and eager to help. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with SERVPRO!!

I've always been happy with the work that SERVPRO does and will continue to be a customer. They are always so friendly and they make sure that the work is done to perfection.

Scott and Mike along with their teams have been at my home for the last 5 days due to some extensive water damage. Everyone of them deserve 10 stars!!! you have a great crew of young men working for you in Statesboro, GA. They were so courteous. They answered all my questions in such a great attitude. They were like family. I and my dog, Baine, will miss them. I pray all your workers are like Mike, Scott, Jordan, & Wade.

We've had to call on SERVPRO more than once to help us clean up water damage in our kitchen caused by slow leaking pipes. They showed up the same day we called and the staff was always very friendly and professional. SERVPRO had our damage cleaned up in a timely manner so that our contractor could begin his repairs ASAP. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your clean up needs!
