Just wanted to say how I loved the customer service I received when looking for a cleaning lady. I was hoping SERVPRO offered that because the water damage was cleaned up and I thought I could hire them for regular house cleaning, too. I needed someone reliable to clean my dad's air ducts. I was afraid to bring any random company in because my dad is elderly and at home alone. I called the company and spoke to Nathaniel about their carpet cleaning service. He was very professional and I made an appointment to have it taken care of.
I would like to offer a word of warning. I had leaks and what looked like mold. I did not choose SERVPRO and went with another company that told me my insurance will pay for everything. Neither they nor I even know if I have mold coverage. They painted me a pretty picture and I bought it. SERVPRO tried to take it step by step but I chose the other company because I liked they were more aggressive. Now I am stuck. I should have gone with SERVPRO.
SERVPRO came to my house late afternoon and stayed until almost 10pm. I was so upset with this a/c leak but SERVPRO N Lauderdale/ W Tamarac was highly recommended. They put my mind at ease.
I had a terrible tenant that burnt candles everywhere! She caused some kind of fire and soot was all throughout the house. Nate was professional and he and his team were able to remove not just the soot but also the smell. Amazing.
After my kitchen fire I called SERVPRO because I had soot everywhere. The estimate crew that came was on time and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
