Nate
Nathaniel is the Production Manager for SERVPRO North Lauderdale/West Tamarac. "Nate" has a degree in Business and Property Management. He is certified in Business Operations and Business Management.
Nate is a licensed mold assessor and remediator. He is also lead certified, subrogation certified, and IICRC certified in over 6 different fields.
Nate's goal is to be a level 3 Xactimate estimator and to create an excellent customer experience while in the field and office.
Dylan
Dylan has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to SERVPRO. He is familiar will many aspects of the business and has worked his way up from technician to sales and marketing.
Dylan is studying to become a doctor and when he is not at college or studying he is growing and helping us grow at SERVPRO N Lauderdale W Tamarac.
Sharon
Sharon is our administration, social media and marketing star. She works behind the scenes and has helped us grow our digital footprint. She is now working to get her state mold licensing.
Sharon recently graduated college and is pursuing her own successful social media business while working with SERVPRO . Go Sharon!
Vinny
Vinny has proven to be an invaluable asset to our restoration side. He is always dependable and friendly.
Vinny plans to open his own business one day and is working to build his contacts.
Jacob
Jacob is a jack of all trades. He is one of our great technicians and he is always eager to work.

Just wanted to say how I loved the customer service I received when looking for a cleaning lady. I was hoping SERVPRO offered that because the water damage was cleaned up and I thought I could hire them for regular house cleaning, too. Well, they were so nice and even though they don't do regular house cleaning I will certainly keep their number and recommend them to my friends.
I needed someone reliable to clean my dad's air ducts. I was afraid to bring any random company in because my dad is elderly and at home alone. I liked that SERVPRO N Lauderdale/ W Tamarac has a background check on all employees. I felt safe having them come to my father's house. Not to mention they did a great job.
I called the company and spoke to Nathaniel about their carpet cleaning service. He was very professional and I made an appointment to have it taken care of.
I would like to offer a word of warning. I had leaks and what looked like mold. I did not choose SERVPRO and went with another company that told me my insurance will pay for everything. Neither they nor I even know if I have mold coverage. They painted me a pretty picture and I bought it. SERVPRO tried to take it step by step but I chose the other company because I liked they were more aggressive. Now I am stuck. I should have gone with SERVPRO.
