Just wanted to say how I loved the customer service I received when looking for a cleaning lady. I was hoping SERVPRO offered that because the water damage was cleaned up and I thought I could hire them for regular house cleaning, too. Well, they were so nice and even though they don't do regular house cleaning I will certainly keep their number and recommend them to my friends.  

I needed someone reliable to clean my dad's air ducts. I was afraid to bring any random company in because my dad is elderly and at home alone. I liked that SERVPRO N Lauderdale/ W Tamarac has a background check on all employees. I felt safe having them come to my father's house. Not to mention they did a great job. 

I called the company and spoke to Nathaniel about their carpet cleaning service. He was very professional and I made an appointment to have it taken care of.

I would like to offer a word of warning. I had leaks and what looked like mold. I did not choose SERVPRO and went with another company that told me my insurance will pay for everything. Neither they nor I even know if I have mold coverage. They painted me a pretty picture and I bought it. SERVPRO tried to take it step by step but I chose the other company because I liked they were more aggressive. Now I am stuck. I should have gone with SERVPRO.   

SERVPRO came to my house late afternoon and stayed until almost 10pm. I was so upset with this a/c leak but SERVPRO N Lauderdale/ W Tamarac was highly recommended. They put my mind at ease.

Our toilet line broke. Water leaked eveerywhere in the office. Nate at SERVPRO was professional and fast. Dried out in 3 days!

My dentist office storage fridge leaked in the closet. As the office manager, I had to report it. The insurance company sent out SERVPRO and they removed the floor panels and put down drying equipment. We are very pleased with the level of professionalism.
