I work for Compass Resorts, a property management company and we had a sprinkler head flood 10 of our units. In tandem with the HOA, we used the SERVPRO Fort Walton Beach Branch for the water extraction and demo work due to water damage. Ray Fernandez was the person my general manager and I worked with throughout this whole process and he was a complete professional. From managing the water extraction to keeping us updated every day, he never stopped working to complete the goal for us. If I ever have an emergency and need water mitigation done again, as the property manager I won’t want to call anyone else. Highly recommend their services
