Our Fort Walton Beach location is a full-service restoration and construction provider. For over thirty years, we have been mitigating and restoring fire, water, storm, mold, and other types of property damage in Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding areas. We also provide deep cleaning services that exceed what standard cleaning services can do.

SERVPRO was extremely responsive at getting out to my house after a storm caused some water damage. In addition to the quality of service, they accidentally charged me an emergency service rate for a non-emergency service which I was upset about at first. But to my surprise, they reached out to me and offered to refund my money without me even having to ask for a refund. I was very thankful for the offer and can assure anybody reading this review that SERVPRO has earned my loyalty as a customer for life. I rescind my original post and give SERVPRO a full 5 stars and will highly recommend them to anybody needing their services
