Just a note to thank the SERVPRO Team for your fast, professional and complete response to our water overflow issue we encountered on Nov. 20/19 when the exit hose from our washing machine became disconnected from its drain.

You were our first contact and arranged for a crew at our door in little over an hour—-exceptionally fast service.

Jeremy Wade, Crew Chief, and his assistant Michael Rorrer immediately took charge of the situation, explained the process to us and proceeded to install drying equipment upstairs and down.  Over the next few days, Jeremy and other members of his crew ( Stan and Michael ) checked in on us and kept track of progress.

I want to single out Jeremy as an excellent Crew  Chief.  From the moment we met him, we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and found him both professional and personable.  He did what he said he would do and it was important to us that he stayed with us throughout the experience.  I would recommend him to anybody as a skilled, understanding and efficient Chief with the capability to make customers as  comfortable as possible as they ‘live’ through a difficult period.

Had a water line break underneath our condo. SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast was impressive. Everyone was SUPER friendly and extremely professional. I cannot say enough about this company and the staff they employee. I really didn’t know that companies like this still exist in this line of work that have such high standards and professionalism. We had a bad leak in our new home that I have been trying to get fixed for over a year. After 4 roof repairs the and having to deal with 3 different contractors, a roofer, drywall company ,and a painter on several different occasions my builder finally sent SERVPRO out. They came out to my home and removed all of our belongings from the room and neatly arranged them into another room. I was unable to be there when they arrived so I left a key for them. When we came home that evening we could not believe how neatly they arranged our clothes on rolling racks and displayed our shoes and even separated my wife’s clothes from mine. They removed the shelves from the walls and the ceiling that was damaged. They cleaned everything in the room and made sure there was no mold anywhere. When everything was repaired by the roofer they conducted a water test and then they replaced the drywall and did all of the mud work. They also repainted everything and did the knockdown on the ceiling. They came out every day until the job was complete. I was never home when they came out and they treated my home with respect making sure not to leave any mess behind each day. They made the process so easy and comfortable for us. I highly recommend SERVPRO for any water damage needs and any other services they provide. Thank you to all of the staff, you all are Awesome!

After a wonderful Memorial Day weekend, my wife and I returned to our home on Amelia Island only to discover a water leak in the bathroom of our Jack and Jill bedrooms.  We shut off the water supply to the house and then called SERVPRO.  Within 30-45 minutes, two personnel, who were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, arrived and quickly accessed the situation.  They carefully moved furniture in both bedrooms to expose the wet areas of carpet   A vacuum was used to remove the standing water and then a humidifier and multiple high volume air blowers were strategically placed throughout the 3 rooms.  They returned daily to check status and reposition equipment until tests showed that the carpets and sheetrock were completely dry and then moved the furniture back in place.  A much appreciated additional service of the company was sheetrock repair (wall opening made by plumber to repair the leak).  The company employs very professional personnel and efficiently resolved any and all problems I encountered with this untimely water leak.  I would highly recommend this local company.

We had a major water leak in our condo ending up with 2” of water on the floor. Our shut off valve was damaged so we had to find the building main shut-off valve.

SERVPRO were on site before we could shut-off the water. They started immediate damage control & stayed with us until we have abated the water.

Can’t say enough good things about them.
