I own a ground level condo on the marsh (west) side of Amelia Island FL. With the forecast of storm surge of 7" to 11" due to Hurricane Irma, I was glad I had flood insurance. So I called SERVPRO and spoke to Pete Reilly. He understood my concern. I said I'd be down when the storm was over and he said he had made sure the office knew I was on my way. The next day, having checked damage to the property, I called Pete's office manager and told her what I had found. She said she was awaiting my call and they were ready to respond. As a retired business owner I can only say that this business is TOP NOTCH.
