Pamela Corbitt is the office manager. Pamela performs a wide range of office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. She performs accounting duties and uses Xactimate, our estimating software. Pamela performs office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports as well as coordinating social media activities. She holds IICRC Certification as an WRT (Water Restoration Technician) which is an important benefit in her customer service roles. Pam has a property management background. Pamela has two children, a girl age 10, and a boy age 8.

Bob Stillwell is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville Northeast. With 20 years of experience, Bob worked as a superintendent supervisor for the construction division of a SERVPRO near Atlanta, GA. He also served in the Army. Bob is married and lives in St. Mary's, GA.

Alyssa Corbitt is Production Technician. She responds to customer calls with her teammates and is the crew leader on pack outs/content management. She is certified as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT) & Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Alyssa is an upbeat, hard worker who enjoys helping our clients in their time of need. Alyssa has a 4 month old child of her own, her favorite color is purple, and Alyssa is from the Nassau County region; Hilliard, FL is her hometown and he's glad to serve her hometown as well as surrounding areas.

Jonathan Harris is Sales and Marketing Representative. He focuses on account management, acquiring new customers and building relationships with customers. He is experienced in business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer sales. Jonathan studied at Eastern University. His favorite parts of the job are conducting Lunch and Learns, and participating in Chamber of Commerce meetings. Jonathan enjoys art, playing chess, snowboarding and skateboarding.

Jeremy Booth is one of our Restoration Technicians, Jeremy is part of our restoration crews, completing emergency jobs involved with water, fire, and mold. Along with completing jobs he ensures all production vehicles and base of operations are organized and ready at all times. Jeremy has previous experience with restoration and reconstruction along with his 8 month tenure at SERVPRO presently. Jeremy is a single dad, spending lots of time with his kids. Jeremy is a show/movie enthusiast spending his free time watching all types of media; along with shows Jeremy loves all types of art and enjoys museums.

Ben also referred to as "Stu" is one of our production technicians. Ben has 47 years of experience in the restoration/reconstruction profession. Ben is part of our restoration crews, completing emergency jobs involved with water, fire, and mold. Ben ensures all restoration jobs are being completed and all production vans are organized and clean along with our base of operations. Ben has his ASE Certification, meaning he can preform automotive repair and services. Ben is a US NAVY Veteran, serving all around the world during his tenure. His hobbies in the free time are riding motorcycles, fixing up automotives, and traveling. Ben has traveled to Europe, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Germany, and many other countries. Ben has also visited 46 states in the United States.

Brandon Peterson is on our Reconstruction Team and is highly involved with the carpentry work required for specialty jobs. Brandon has a lifelong experience in the Reconstruction field, starting off with building and repairing while he was a teenager. Brandon is a certified Heavy Equipment/Vehicle operator, and is experienced in all fields of construction. Brandon calls himself a Workaholic, participating in side jobs during his free time to help others and get more experience. Brandon while he's not helping others with construction likes to fish a lot, he likes boating, and of course loves building things of all kinds.
