SERVPRO came in and assessed damage after we had testing completed and worked after hours to get work completed as quickly as possible.  Scaffolding was set up and the auditorium was cleaned and then sealed.  They were very professional.  When a few spots were noticed as being missed, they came back immediately and completed the additional work on the weekend.

So thankful to have a company like yours local!  Knew the person that answered my phone and the one that came out.  Made me feel more comfortable with the problem in my home!

When hurricane Michael came through in 2018, it was devastating for thousands of people. SERVPRO was there for everyone, around the clock. I’m not sure if they’re superhuman or not but they will always be superheroes to me and my displaced family. They were here to fix my roof from the storm damage and they were here when the mold started forming.

SERVPRO came in and cleaned up the mold in my rental building and remodeled it as well.  Looks great and ready to rent!  Thanks to Kim & Chuck for taking care of the clean up and Travis for the rebuild.

I wanted to express my appreciation in the quickness in handling what was an absolutely terrible time for me.  Being out of town and unable to handle things on my own, your company came out, removed the carpet and cleaned up my home so it would not be such a sight for me when I returned.  You even checked with my insurance to see if it would be covered and made arrangements for my new carpet to be installed.  Thank you again for helping me through my loss.
