Ronnie Wilson
Ronnie Wilson is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Columbia & Suwannee Counties. He has been with working with us since 2007 first part time and then full time. He has several years experience and has the following certifications. Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, SERVPRO Industries Water Technician, Fire Technician & Subrogation I
Keith Gwinn
Keith has been with us since 2012 and is a certified crew chief and also certified with the IICRC for as a Water Removal Technician. We are happy to say he also has a degree in HVAC and handles all of our cleanings for duct work. He is the proud dad of two little boys and his wife Ashley has worked for us part time when needed and not taking care of the boys.
Johnathon Hallock
Johnathon has been working here since Oct. 2016. He has been a great asset to this company. He lives in Mayo and has a sister that also has worked here. During hurricane work in 2016 at St. Augustine & 2017 in Lake City he supervised several crews while two of our main staff were out of town on other storm work. He has established training in water damages, fire damages, mold remediation and duct cleaning extensively and continues to move forward in this business.
Brian Anderson
Brian began with SERVPRO in September of 2020. He has worked in production since the beginning. He does everything from carpet cleaning, water damages, fire and mold remediation and also assists in our construction repairs side doing trim work and painting.
Johnny Lyle
Johnny began with SERVPRO in April of 2022 as a production helper. He assists with fire damage cleaning, mold remediation as well as water damages and duct cleaning. He is also part of our on call staff for any after hours services needed.
Ruth Hernandez
Ruth moved from up North with her mom to Live Oak and came to work for SERVPRO in August of 2022. With several IICRC certifications in place she is leading fire damage remediation & cleaning crews, packout crews, mold remediation cleaning as well as working with other staff on water damages when needed. She also did storm travel in 2022 when we assisted other SERVPRO franchises after a hurricane.
Catherine Carter
Catherine was born and raised in the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia. She moved to Florida in 2018 with her son. She joined our team as the office administrator in October 2023.
Bobbie Necessary
Bobbie started working with us in July 2023. She is a mom to four wonderful children. In her free time she enjoys magnet fishing and kayaking.

I was surprised the amount of work that was completed that first day by two people (Johnathon and Barbara). The total experience was very good with all concerned. I want to thank everyone for their professionalism and their help to clear up my flooded garage & in making the process less stressful. Special thanks to Tammy, Barbara & Johnathon.
Christmas Eve...... Water Everywhere! You had Ronnie, Keith, Jonathon and Barbara onsite within 2 hours! It took all night & Christmas Day but your staff put our problem in front of their own families! That says a lot of how amazing this SERVPRO is.

It is extremely hard to find a dedicated, hard working employee. Someone who will go above and beyond their job duties. Ronnie certainly did this and more! When Ronnie told me something, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was going to be done. But more importantly than even his work ethics was his compassion and respect for us and what we were going through.
Due to your great job in restoring my home, and because of Ronnie's work ethics, compassion and just the way you made us feel it was going to be "OKAY"; I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to anyone in need of your services.

Our History
Since opening our office in Lake City, Florida in 2006 we have been proud to become a member of this community. On a business level as well as personally. This is our home and we have created a wonderful staff to support us in making a difference on a professional and personal level. We attempt to be involved in Columbia County events as well as Suwannee County and the other counties in our area. One way was becoming a chamber member in 5 counties. The other way is getting involved in charities, clubs and caring what happens around us and in our world today.
