The technician that was sent out was fast and friendly. I feel very pleased with the work that was preformed on my rugs and carpets. There was extra attention given to my rugs (the backs were shampooed thoroughly), and I had eight rugs in all. My carpet is old and didn't look too bad to begin with, but somehow Ronnie brought a little extra life out of them. I'm especially proud of the rugs...no more stains and no more offensive odor.
I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for a great job you did cleaning a motor home for a relative. He is a very heavy smoker and the results are fantastic. Your crews work hard and do a great job. Thanks
Upstairs carpet cleaned and wonderful job by SERVPRO Keith Gwin. Unfortunately, stubborn stain came back when dry. Not as bad as it originally was but noticeable. Need to reschedule another spot cleaning.

Carpet & Ceramic Tile, Nicotine Cleaning and Odor control in a house I have on the market & also once I had a tree fall on one of my tenants homes causing water damage. Our History
Since opening our office in Lake City, Florida in 2006 we have been proud to become a member of this community. On a business level as well as personally. This is our home and we have created a wonderful staff to support us in making a difference on a professional and personal level. We attempt to be involved in Columbia County events as well as Suwannee County and the other counties in our area. One way was becoming a chamber member in 5 counties. The other way is getting involved in charities, clubs and caring what happens around us and in our world today. We hope our reputation as caring about what we do and where we live is evident in all that we do and support.
