Brian Mazzone
Brian Mazzone is our Operations Manager here at SERVPRO of Meriden. Brian has been with SERVPRO for over 12 years and is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He’s also a Certified Asbestos Abatement Site Supervisor. As Operations Manager, Brian handles a wide variety of tasks from production to estimating. Brian has an extensive background in the insurance industry and is well-versed in helping customers through the claims process. Brian is known for his team-player attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers. #TEAMLUCIANI
Emily Griffin
Emily joined Team Luciani in 2019 as an Internet Marketing Coordinator and is now our Marketing Manager, overseeing both sales and digital marketing. Her goal is to help ensure our clients and customers get the best service possible and showcase how SERVPRO #TEAMLUCIANI is truly always Here to Help!
Mariah Miklus
Mariah is our Claims Team manager and has been with the company for over 4 years. She works to ensure a seamless estimating process, quickly resolve insurance claims, and builds relationships with the insurance companies that we work with.
John Shimanski
John is our Director of Sales and Business Development at SERVPRO Team Luciani, overseeing our sales department and working to show local businesses and commercial properties how a relationship with SERVPRO Team Luciani can benefit them in the case of a disaster. John has many years of experience in sales, and has owned his own businesses and even taught as a professor at the University of Hartford.

Tony is one of our Project Managers at SERVPRO Team Luciani, regarded as one of our mold experts. Tony has been with the company for over 3 years and works hard to make the restoration process as simple as possible for our customers.
Jose Rivera
Jose has been with Team Luciani for many years, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2021 after coming on as a Technician and then Crew Chief. With years of hands-on experience, Jose has all the training required to fully inspect your property and create a plan for restoration.
Mark Mastropietro
Mark is one of our Project Managers, who has well over a decade of experience in the restoration industry. He is IICRC Certified and has extensive knowledge to ensure that your property is completely restored to pre-damage conditions following a disaster.
Doug Streat
Doug is one of our Project Managers, and has been in the industry for over 10 years. He is IICRC Certified, and has all the experience needed to expertly inspect your property when it comes to water damage, fire damage or mold.
Nila R.
Nila has been with Team Luciani for over 5 years, and is our Corporate Estimator and IT manager. He works hard to make sure that everything is in line to submit to insurance companies. He is an essential part of our team!

My washing machine hose broke and flooded my entire basement. I called my insurance company and they referred me to SERVPRO. They came out same day and were so nice! From start to finish they explained everything they were doing and made sure I understood the whole process. The guys really did a great job fixing the damage to my basement, it looks better now than it did before! I would recommend them to anyone.
Our water heater broke and dumped over 50 gallons of water throughout our finished basement. We have only been homeowners for less than five years and never had an issue like this happen before. My wife was the one that discovered the problem while I was at work. She called the insurance company and they explained what we should do in order to properly clean and dry the basement. The first step was to contact SERVPRO. They had a representative at our house within 2 hours and that gentleman explained in great detail everything. These guys are absolutely amazing! There was a crew extracting water, removing the pad under the carpet and moved everything out of the way. We didn’t have to do a thing. They even cleaned items that got wet, boxed and labeled everything. They completed everything they said they were going to do within the time frame given to us. The communication between their office was top notch. We didn’t even have to lift a finger. Our basement is better than it was before. Would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.
